For a 23-year-old in Bengaluru or Lucknow, politics feels like a spectator sport where Delhi keeps changing the rules mid-game. When state powers are stripped down to the level of a municipal corporation, democracy becomes a decorative ornament. The RSS spent decades building a hyper-centralized cultural monolith; you cannot fight it with a loose collection of regional egos. We see this play out in choked state budgets, governors acting like viceroys, and regional languages treated as secondary dialects.

Why Federalism is the Ultimate Anti-Monopoly Law

By decentralizing power, we ensure that a bureaucrat in Delhi cannot decide the fate of a gig worker in Bengaluru or a farmer in Punjab. The INDIA bloc needs to realize that protecting regional autonomy is their only shield against total systemic assimilation. One single point of failure, like a sudden midnight policy decision at the top, can ruin millions of lives across diverse states that have nothing in common besides a pin code prefix.
