Overspeed occurs accident at connecting national highways in urban areas

Bairiya to Ramdayalu road ,muzaffarpur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar

From Bairiya stand to Ramdayalu ,there are heavyvtraffic in these areas .almost each & every day accidental death occurs but government have not any action against overspeeding .

Idea is that ,government just introduce overspeed meter & heavy penalties to reduce such type accidents in such types of area.
