Let this representation stand on the record- for the legislature, the executive, the judiciary, and future generations: When the machinery of the State turned against its citizens and dissenters, I, Advocate Sadaf Parveen(Bar Council of WestBengal), chose not to look away. As a member of the legal fraternity, I called out the violations, urged the highest constitutional offices to speak, and demanded accountability through the rule of law.
