Want to fight against two corrupt ACPs and IO of my case

I have been fighting a legal battle for the last 1.5 years. A girl stole my gold ornaments, so I filed a complaint at Nayapalli Police Station. Instead of helping me, the IIC Satya Ranjan Pradhan indirectly asked me for sexual favours. For four days, he refused to register my FIR. The accused's mother never accepted the crime and, according to me, made a deal with the IIC. The accused herself told the IIC, "Sir, tell me what you want. I will do whatever you say." After that, the IIC completely changed his attitude. He repeatedly tried to convince me to forget about my gold and move on with life. He told me it was a very small case and that the amount involved was very small. Today, the value of those gold ornaments is more than ₹5 lakh, including making charges and GST. I refused to give up and kept asking him to register my FIR. After four days, the FIR was finally registered, even though the accused had neither admitted the crime nor returned my gold. For the next 4.5 months, nothing happened. The police simply sat on the FIR and took no action. Instead, they tried to help the accused in every possible way. She obtained anticipatory bail within one month of the FIR. I repeatedly complained at the DCP Grievance Cell and also met my local MLA and the Deputy Chief Minister. The IIC told me several times that the accused had links with the Dharmasala MLA and that the MLA had scolded and pressured him not to take any action against her.which is true but the IIC also took favour from her. After 4.5 months, the DCP finally took my case seriously and placed it under the supervision of an ACP Zone 5 Biswaranjan Senapati.
