RESERVATION AND CASTISM MUST BE REMOVED FOR GROWING INDIA
Massive Increase in Available Seats: Currently, GC students compete for less than 50% of the total seats in government medical colleges. Removing reservations would immediately open up 100% of the seats to GC students based purely on merit.
Fair Competition Against High Scorers: Currently, top-scoring candidates from reserved categories often qualify under the General merit quota anyway, taking up GC seats. Without quotas, everyone competes in a single, unified rank list, reducing the artificial inflation of the GC cut-off.
