Delays in delivering justice in Indian courts

In India, solving a civil case takes years and in some cases decades. Justice is not delivered in timely manner and justice is delayed is justice denied. Such a system as good as having no system at all or even worse than that. Generations after generations have to suffer and spend tons on money to lawyers and court expenses and corruption is rampant in lower courts.
