Subject: Complaint seeking inquiry into the denial of recognition to the land donor of Government Hospital, Vaniyambadi, verification of permissions granted for statues, foundation stones and commemorative displays, and request for appropriate action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and other applicable laws.

I respectfully submit this complaint seeking your immediate intervention regarding the continued failure to officially recognise the original land donor of Government Hospital, Vaniyambadi, and to inquire into the legality of statues, foundation stones, commemorative plaques, donor photographs and other permanent displays installed within the hospital premises.

Government Hospital, Vaniyambadi stands on approximately 5.9 acres of land generously donated by Janab Khan Sahib Naivasal Abdul Wahab Sahib on 29 January 1946 for the noble purpose of providing public healthcare to the people of Vaniyambadi and surrounding areas.
