There has been a trend of fake 498A and DV cases made on innocent males by their wives, when there is a marital dispute or diaagreement. Police does not screen 498A, and issue summons and arrests blindly. This should be stopped, and it should be ensured that no innocent husbands and their families are threatened and harassed by the police, violating their dignity and social respect.
