condition of gov schools in rural areas

people prepare for years and wait for vacancies to arrive!!! but this corrupt system demolishes every dream.... I'm preparing for teaching exams. I'm a trained teacher I'm doing my best to make myself good for students but we're not getting opportunities for that ..where is the stet vacancies!!! nd they also ban many skools nd merge them in one skool this will affect the children of the specific area..acc to article 21 skools should be at every 1km ..but in rural area this gov has changed the whole narrative!!! basic primary education is vital for kids ..this gov don't understand this..
