If you have gap on C.V., companies treat you like criminals

There might be several reasons one left job-

• Layoff
• not to miss childhood of his kid
• bad manager -bad politics
• health issue of family or your own

If there is gap on your C.V., why are we treated like criminals. There are very big companies who took my interview informed on my face that you are good fit for this role and then suddenly a silence. I have been applying for jobs for past 2 and half years in a hope that someone will give me a job. They only see gap on my C.V., they dont see that I am qualified with excellent skills and worked with big M.N.C's. I am searching for job but if you are not already working with some company, you dont get a job. I not a criminal please. We demand for policies where if people have gap on their C.V., they should not be treated like criminals. I loose hope everyday.
