Poor quality of education provided by the government

The government schools promise provision of education while being incapable of providing good quality education. Majority of the staff is not even fluent in the language that is said to be the medium of teaching ( specifically English medium govt. schools ). The conducted public exams are rigged. The teachers themselves help the students with answers in the examination hall and complain about bad student marks averages when strict examinations are conducted.
