The population who has not been privileged enough to get a Goverment job inspite of their ability in terms of education and qualification they are bound to work under Pvt organisations and other unorganised sector, but they are not treated as the Govt employee at all infact they don't deserve any security in jobs rather they are always ready to be fired. This scenario should be changed.
