Heavy Traffic causing wastage of time, air pollution and increased fuel consumption

Commute to office in Delhi NCR by own vehicle is not possible now. Passenger vehicles sales is increasing YOY but our roads design is so much poor that it is not designed to sustain this traffic, ultimately increasing consumption of fuel and causing more air pollution. We want answer that what our ministry of roads and transport is doing??
