Unjustified Taxation : Increasing Taxation reach to larger population

There are only a few people who pay taxes in India, roughly 6.7% of the population as per official figures. We need a system which puts a wider net for tax collection so that the few working class people are not exploited and the overall Direct tax benefits can be provided to people.

Government essentially looses revenue every-time somebody evades taxation, and in most cases it's the politician colluding and find ways to exploit the system. We need a framework / policy that brings anyone who is earning even a single penny on the books of the tax office.
