Autos don't use meter in Bangalore

From past 5 years or more ig., autos in Bangalore have stopped using meters and they charge triple the price. Even when u book through rapido also they ask extra money orelse they cancel the ride. Pls help in bringing auto drivers to use meters instead of charging triple the price..
