They take too much bribe in gujarat, revise the rates of bribes, lower the rates atleast!!!

I work professionally with gujarat govt. Multiple departments and PSUs, the demand for bribery littlest movement of file and work requires lots of bribe to be paid. Atleast revise their menu cards, lower the rates of bribes please!
