- There is very low salary of Nurses in Private sector, though nurses are working very hard day and night
- No proper promotion of Nursing Officers in both private and Govt. Sector (included Central and State Govt.). Till 56-57 yrs Nursing Officers has to do the same work as new joinees, hard core physical work , night shifts because of no promotion, there should be proper promotion of Nursing Officers.
