Major reknowned event management companies having offices in Bengaluru exercise a lot of negative male domination regardless of skill and merit being presented by women in the workplace. I have been removed from my job willingly to portray a lack of termination citing the reasons that if I raise my concerns in the team, I'm the one with "attitude issues", therefore I must resign.
