Electricity Bill post smart meter

Post smart meters installation electricity bill has jumped up by 100%. Inspite of not being at home for 20 days, the bill came around 3000. Lot of people are speaking about it but no solution. Apparently after 100 units we have to pay 13 rs from 6rs.. a direct jump of 0100%.
