Change the education system , reduce corruption,unemployment,right to speech

I want to change the education system because Every one want to see indian developed nation but it is not possible untill the corrupted minister is there so first remove all corrupted minister and everyone has to get free and equal education and govt has to develope this poor educaton system by giving more funds so our school and university collage change the system of learning into modern learning that we see in other country and we want education like usa and china japan so no student will go abroad to study overall percentage most of the unemploy people came from india why we want answer we want develope country
