Most of the teachers in government schools are not in touch with books, in colleges most of the teachers are teachers because of their status, background, caste, money and so they have a backdoor entry in the colleges and schools. Education should reach to not only children or youth but to every person/citizen if India, so that they are able to know about civic sense, science and technology, new field of opportunities and most important then they will not put family pressure, society pressure on their children. Criteria of taking teaching line exam should be improved so that we got best teachers who actually know "HOW TO TEACH?".
