Reform the Parliament Speaker election process

We spend 9 crores a day on Parliamentary process, and it is derailed almost every session for multiple days. One of the biggest reasons for this, imo, is that the Speaker doesn't moderate in a fair and just manner. The underlying cause of that is the manner in which Speaker of the Parliament is selected. Can you guys look into providing proposals to change it?
