India's Per Capita GDP is low because we have substituted British Raj with the IAS

If you folks are serious about raising people out of poverty, it is not going to happen in the current centralised & federal form of governance. There is a need to debate the power we allocated to government and the changes that need to be done to put Indians on the path to prosperity. Median Per Capita GDP is the real issue. Everything else is a symptom. Issues are not specific which require patchwork. Why dont you have an option to raise issues worthy of national debate.
