Disgusting garbage management system

There is a complete lack of public dustbins on the main roads here in many areas within Hyderabad. Instead of systematic waste management, waste and dust are simply being swept onto the sidewalks by GHMC workers, creating a massive public health hazard and an accumulation of filth. This is a clear failure of civic duty and proper public fund utilization.
