India is speedrunning AI adoption while skipping digital literacy

Palakshi JainREQ / 16278

AI can now generate voices, images, videos, essays, fake evidence, and misinformation at scale, yet most students are never taught how to verify digital content. Schools teach us how to pass exams but not how to identify deepfakes, understand recommendation algorithms, verify sources, or recognize manipulation online. An entire generation is growing up in an AI-driven information environment without the digital literacy needed to navigate it safely. The problem is not AI itself. The problem is that we are deploying powerful technology faster than we are teaching people how to use it responsibly. Society is speedrunning the future while skipping the tutorial.

You forgot the use of AI to ruin personal trust by manipulating and through media sources running clickbait campaigns for internet ad money sponsored by fame whoring sports and entertainment businesses.

You are right about how AI is used to produce digital files and such. But now we have a major issue on hand. The addicted mind which is isolated from the rest of the world since we have come to mistrust even the people who stood for us. All for trivial reasoning and trusting the intuition that is naturally manipulated the effect of what we see on the screen.
