Monopoly and corruption by Private medical colleges scam

I would like to be aware of one of the scenarios which is purely around "Money , Corruption & Justice"
One of the typical examples in India.

This is related to UP Private medical college fees for MBBS Batch 2024

Sequence of events In year 2024 before NEET MBBS counselling, On 11-07-2024 UP govt decides & declare the fee for Private medical colleges in UP Medical colleges filed case against govt that govt has no authority to fix the fee , it must be done by fee fixation committee UP govt form the fee fixation committee and declare that fee for 2024 session is provisional until verdict of fee committee During admission, college taken a affidavit from parents that matter is pending and any decision of fee hike need to be deposited After admission are over (Mid of Oct 2024), Fee fixation committee given verdict by increasing misc charges , hostel fee and tuition fee hike for 5 medical college ( 28th Oct 2024 Circular) All colleges except those 5 medical colleges they file revised petition in high court regarding fee hike Verdict by high court fee hike on 5/7/2025

Amount involved ( Approx 310 Crore INR) ~11.5 Lakh per student ( for 4.5 years) X avg 150 students in each college X 20+ Colleges

Medical colleges knew that pushing 50-100 crore into system either through fee fixation committee or other channels will get the decision in their favor at the end.

Most interesting thing is that every year these private medical colleges declare tuition fee as provisional at the time of admission and once counselling is over and admission process is over , they increase the fee stating that we declare that it was provisional at the time of admission and you signed a bond to bound increase fee it its increased down the time.
