5 Day Working in Banking system and Condition of Bankers

I have been working in State Bank of India Since last 2 years and waiting for 5 days working Govt. Has accepted the offer for 5 Days Banking But still not implemented. We have been Waiting for too long but Neither govt. Nor Banking unions Doing for us. Kindly Put on social Media atleast. One More issue RBI said that No cross selling will be happen in bank premises but still Cross selling with mis selling happening Day by Day banks Playing with Customer Money because the customer does not have idea what to do with His/ Her Money but Bankers use their money for there targets. Many employees every year do sucide whenever their no one to listen.
