Why Rapist running the country

I don't understand why so many people accused or convicted of rape are able to roam freely while justice takes years to be served. In many countries, crimes of this nature are punished much more strictly, which acts as a stronger deterrent.

The system needs serious reforms. Individuals with criminal backgrounds, especially those accused or convicted of serious offenses, should not be allowed to hold positions of power or represent the public. There should be stricter eligibility standards, greater accountability, and a more transparent process for selecting political leaders.

Running a country requires competence, integrity, and responsibility. Public representatives should be chosen based on their knowledge, character, and ability to serve the people, rather than political influence or popularity alone.
