No action on my raised complaint

My mother was beaten on road by my psycho father for unnecessary reason. I have been complaining about the same to muzaffarnagar police but no action has been taken regarding the same. Even after complaining on the NHRC portal, the same order came for custody in police thana at muzaffarnagar. But CO city (in thana near madan sweets) replied " yeh toh pati patni ka matter hai madam police kya kare isme jab court mein case chal raha hai". It happens every time. My father bribe every official either in police station, or in court. My father evetease and even harass her on road but police.............
